Message: We have been bringing our venison here for 10+ years and it is by far the best. Everyone that ends up trying our venison polish and summer sausage ends up bringing their deer here as well. My personal favorites are Jalapeño cheddar polish & summer sausage and their maple polish is phenomenal as well and is great with breakfast. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Message: We' ve been bringing our venison here for 20 plus years, and we've ways had great results with Mark, and now with the entire Circle Pines Sausage Haus. 2022 they had a new drive up drop off set up that went very well, didn't even have to get out of the vehicle during opening weekend, not sure that'll be going on after, but it helps when there's many dropping off. I have no beef! ( ha ) with any of their Venison, our group buys quite a variety of their product, the various sticks are flavorful, the new 2 Lb. Summer sausages are great! thanks! easier to manage now, and tasting great! Polish is good, breakfast sausage, burger, My personal favorite is Maple Sticks! Yum! Keep on keepin' on! Thanks!

Message: I dropped off a deer for processing on Sunday with Sausage Haus for the first time. Their customer service was absolutely top notch! The staff were super friendly. They had a very efficient drive up process for dropping off the deer. They pulled it out of the trailer and brought me back the tenderloins within a few minutes (while i was still finishing my order which was being taken car side by a very nice young lady). I am hoping that their processing is as good as their initial customer service. So far I would rate my experience a 10!

Message: They had my deer done in less than two weeks! The product was awesome. I got Marks beer sticks and summer sausage. It was some of the best I ever bought. I will definitely be back!

Message: Been going here for over 30 years. The best deer summer sausage. Von Hansen bought it a few years ago. They bought Mark’s recipes, the original owners, and his are still the best.

Message: I've been bringing my venison here for 30 years. Yes, it changed a bit after Mark passed. Still can't think of another place that I would consider taking my venison to. Their Polish, Italian sausage, beer sticks and jalapeño summer are to die for.

Message: Rating went down this year. Probably would of been 4 or 5 if my finished product this year was same quality as last 2 years. Sticks are as good as years in past but the brats are certainly different and not as good. Pricing is typical to other places but after this year will probably move locations because I want a consistent finished product each year.
